Our story
We began in 2024, when ZenTen Studios opened its doors for yoga and meditation classes in the heart of Elva, a charming town in the south of Estonia. Today, we also offer immersive silent retreats, expertly guided to help detox your body, soul and mind — profound, life-changing experiences for those who join us.
Our retreats are thoughtfully designed, blending the transformative power of yoga, mindfulness and self-care tools with the rejuvenating essence of nature. Each journey is crafted to renew the mind, body and spirit, nurturing deep self-discovery and inner peace. We give the body a break so it can focus on repair and activate autophagy. Rather than a strict fast, you'll enjoy three nutritious, easily-digestible smoothies a day — plus a body-balancing massage from a licensed professional to complement your healing.

Restorative practices
Emotional Freedom Techniques combine acupressure with cognitive processing. By gently tapping on specific meridian points, we work to release emotional blockages and restore balance to the body's energy system — a gentle self-help tool for managing stress, anxiety and other emotional and physical challenges.
A complementary therapy applying gentle pressure to specific points on the feet, hands and ears. Grounded in the theory of energy zones, it promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress and stimulates the central nervous system — a calming, non-invasive practice much like a restful massage.

A sample of how the days flow. The silence begins on the first evening after orientation, and lifts on the final day before our closing circle.
The venue
You'll stay in a newly renovated retreat apartment in a charming little Estonian town in the south of the country. Guests share a spacious yet cozy room with a nature view (separate sleeping spaces are provided for participants of different sexes). Yoga classes take place in the studio within the same building.
The apartment sits near several lakes, wooded areas and nature trails. Simple and unassuming, it's perfect for self-reflection and unplugged mental resets — peaceful yet connected, never fully cut off from the world. The right kind of balance for a smoother transition back into daily life once the retreat ends.
Meet your guide
A native of Estonia, Kristina is a former foreign-language teacher and translator turned certified yoga instructor and sport-shooting coach. Twenty-eight years as a sport shooter form the basis of her deep self-exploration, personal development and growth.
As a mother of two daughters, a coach, a yoga instructor and a teacher, she connects naturally with people and is genuinely passionate about sharing transformative, life-changing practices. Throughout the retreat, Kristina leads you on a personalised journey towards wellness — her nurturing approach and mastery of many practices promise a cherished, unforgettable experience.
